Summoner spells

As of now, you don't have flash or ignite, so you should use ghost, along with any of these 3: Exhaust, heal, barrier. I don't think you have tp either at that level, but it is another viable option.

I've always found tanky shyvana to be better. Build blade of the ruined king if you are ahead. If not, don't.

Abilities

Max E for more damage on the auto after landing E. If jungling, max W.

Masteries

9/21 is usually the best option for shyvana. She benefits a lot from the defense tree.

Runes

Runes always confused me a lot when I was a low level, and for whatever reason, you don't have nearly enough influence points or rune slots to get these. Don't buy tier 2 runes when you hit level 10, they aren't worth buying. You should probably focus on getting champions you enjoy until you hit level 20 when you can buy tier 3 runes.
