The early game
Singed has A Lot of really terrible early game Mid match ups
Just give up on laneing altogether and tank their harass at level 1-4
literally just walk in the minions and push out mid as fast as you can this gives you the option to annoy the enemy jungler since the enemy midlaner will be pushed in
Singed mid is all about macro Singed 1v1 sucks for laning that's why you have to make the right decisions.
When you get low push in go base and run to lane with if you need the use predator or run tp but make sure you get all of the xp you can get

Playing the actual game
after level 6 is where the fun begins push your wave and totally disregard your enemy midlaner then run top bot or ruin the enemy junglers life
make sure you build the right items on Singed for every matchup if you dont know what you are doing with singed mid you will get your *** kicked
