Well, the first thing that I want to say (and i'm sure that all of you will know but it's f***ing amazing)is that, with the optimal farm you can get the health and the damage you may desire, with the help of an Atma Impaler. That might sound not much important since for every minion kill you "only" get 3 HP (at level 5 enrage) but just calculate, lets say that in a 1h game you've farmed 350-400 minions (with the help of our ravenous hydra) and lets say that you had your level 5 enrage from the 50th minion, then 300·3 its 900 plus the other 50 minions it's free Warmog!
Then, if you add an Atma impaler, you can convert a tank into an offtank.
