Introduction
Sharpening my claws...

BLACKSource!

Welcome! Welcome to my first Dominion guide on this incredible champion,
Kha'Zix. This dude is an amazing assassin, mayhaps even AD carry that excels in picking off isolated stragglers that dare detach from their team. The isolated target bonus on
Taste Their Fear urges players to naturally pick off targets that are alone, and his INCREDIBLE natural mobility helps you achieve these goals. Now, let's get to it, shall we?

I will SOAR over them.

PROS:
+ High mobility. + Great sustain in fights. + One of the better duelists. |
SPACE | SPACE |
CONS:
- Hard to pick targets. - Fails ![]() - 1v1 > Teamfights. |

Okay! As we can see from the listed pros and cons, Kha'Zix is primarily an assassin, designed to pick off stragglers, eat them and evolve. He's also an excellent 1v1 duelist, mainly because of the passive isolation part of
Taste Their Fear, and once you get Evolved Enlarged Claws, ain't no one that can conquer you. As Phreak said in the spotlight, ignore most of survivability and focus on mobility and hit-and-run tactics. Use
Leap to jump to-and-fro around fights, and when you decide to get Evolved Wings, your mobility increases TENFOLD.

Now, let's explain the masteries. Seeing as
Kha'Zix is an assassin, focusing mainly into the Offense is quite the obvious choice. This sneaky assassin benefits greatly from
Brute Force
,
Vampirism
,
Weapon Expertise
and the like. The 9 points in Defense may not seem as important on the first glance, but if you delve deeper you'll see just how beneficial these are.
Veteran's Scars
is just so super awesome.
Greater Quintessence of Health, anyone? Keep in mind that later in the game, masteries are marginal at best, so keeps your wits about you when engaging in fights.

To sum up, these are pretty standard AD champ runes, albeit with a slight deviation regarding my preffered
Greater Mark of Attack Damage and
Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage. You should have no problems dealing with AP carries, supports and AD carries early game. You'll have to take better care with bruisers and offtanks, tho.

Anything not listed here is bad. One way or the other, you're better off picking up one of these instead of, I dunno...
Clarity. Leave the other spells to tanks/supports while you focus on offense. Need I say more?

Position for ambush.

Naturally, at level 1 in Dominion, pick up all of your spells. Rank 'em up all once, because they're just too good to ignore. Afterwards, follow this:

Take your
Void Assault whenever you can. Evolutions will be explained next. Then, prioritize
Taste Their Fear and try to maintain both
Void Spike and
Leap at about the same level. Throughout my games I found out that this setup actually works extremely well when we take into consideration Cooldowns and Damage.

Now THIS is the evolution to get for chasing. I usually get this second and I'm always amazed at it's utility. Not just utility, tho! Its damage component is nothing to laugh at, as it acutally has a decent scaling (0.8 dmg per AD), making ![]() |

A different view.
Okay, so this should be your start:
SPEHS

Picking up these items should give you ALL you need. Damage, Health, Movement Speed are all excellent stats. On your second trip back, try to pick these up:
SPEHS

Why? Because you'll get out of CC lickety split with
Mercury's Treads and the DMG and ArP you get from
The Brutalizer should get you well on your way towards domination. Pun intended. Grab
Ninja Tabi if you're facing a LOT of AD champs. Next; work towards this:
SPEHS

Whoa there pardn'r! Those are some mighty costly items, wouldn't you say? Yes, but if you're playing it right you should have no monetary issues whatsoever. Anyway, the way to start out your
Sanguine Blade is with
Vampiric Scepter if you need sustain, or with
B. F. Sword if you want DMG. Start
Maw of Malmortius with
Hexdrinker first for the MR, swap
The Brutalizer for
Last Whisper because at this point % based ArP > Flat ArP, and then get your
Entropy any way you want. Remember that it's designed so that you use the active! Now, if you're SOMEHOW still in-game, top off with this:
SPEHS

Die running.
Hey! You're still here! Awesome! Now, let's get to gameplay. Since Dominion is EXTREMELY fast, I'll simply put down general guidelines for you to follow, dear reader. It seems kind of pointless to divide this in early, mid and late game when each phase lasts for a couple of minutes most...
SPEHS
What you should do throughout the entire game is finding isolated targets and
Taste Their Fear their *** until they melt. Never stop moving between Speed Shrines, objectives and enemies UNLESS you are asked to defend a single point. This doesn't mean you should be stupid and engage in a 5v1 fight. If you KNOW you're overpowered, run and call for aid. When your team arrives, pick off squishies by using
Taste Their Fear and
Leap to get to them. In the fights, keep weaving your
Void Assault in between your attacks so that your
Unseen Threat can proc. If dueling, stand your ground and hit with
Taste Their Fear followed by
Void Spike. If you're out of your league,
Ghost or
Leap out and find safety so that you can continue being useful. Try not to stand in the middle of teamfights, and I generally prefer to stay away from bot.
SPEHS

Oh, and don't forget. Make them PRAY FOR THEIR LIVES.

If I eat you, will I learn how to DIE?
