Pros and Cons
Very tanky while dishing out lots of damage
Scales very well into late game
Can fall behind and still peel/tank decently because of ult.
Can clear minion waves very well.
Can proxy farm whenever Ghost or R is up(obviously need to be careful with this)
Cons:
Shaky early game.
Can be kited hard.
CC can shut singed down.
Requires you to learn his 'tricks' (Sky AA, Invisible Poison trail, etc)
