Introduction
Alright lets get down to the very beginning of Yorick. Alright Yorick is a Top lane champion with high strengths of sustain and bulling power.But first lets get down to his spells and scaling to see why I am choosing the spells to max that I am.
*Yorick's Passive is Unholy Covenant which makes Yorick take 5% less damage and his autoattacks deal 5% more damage for each summon that is active. Meanwhile, Yorick's ghouls have 35% of Yorick's Attack Damage and Health.
-Alright what that means is Yorick can do up too 15% less damage from spells and autos and deal up to 15% more damage with his auto attacks and HIS Q because his Q is an enhanced Auto attack.
Alright what is an Enhanced Auto Attack? An enhanced auto attack is a spell that makes his next auto attack do more damage such as Garens, Wukongs, Yoricks, Rengars, Nasus, Vayne's, Shyvana, Shaco, Volibears, and Mordes Q as well as Rene, Kennen's W passive, Jayces Cannon stance, Darius, and Aatroxs W. An enhanced auto attack can be blocked dodged or be blinded.
*Yoricks Q is Omen of War. Active: Yorick enhances his next autoattack, in the next 10 seconds, to deal bonus physical damage. This enhanced attack summons a Spectral Ghoul once it hits. This ability resets the autoattack timer.The Spectral Ghoul deals more damage and moves faster than the rest of the ghouls. While the ghoul is active, Yorick moves faster as well.
~Cost: 40 mana
Cooldown: 9/8/7/6/5 seconds
Total Physical Damage: 30/60/90/120/150 (+1.2 per attack damage)
Ghoul Extra Attack Damage: 8/16/24/32/40
Bonus Movement Speed: 15/20/25/30/35 %
-Alright What you just read earlier about Enhanced auto attacks this is his enhanced auto attack. That means you can make his passive do 10% more damage if you have 2 other ghouls out.
* Yoricks W is Omen of Pestilence. Active: Yorick summons a Decaying Ghoul at a target location, dealing magic damage and slowing enemies on the area for 1.5 seconds. While the Decaying Ghoul remains alive enemies near it are slowed.
~Cooldown: 12 seconds

AoE Radius: 200 (estimate)
Ghoul Ongoing Slow Radius: 125
Cost: 40/45/50/55/60 mana

Yoricks E is Omen of Famine. Active: Yorick deals magic damage to the target and heals for 40% of the damage dealt. A Ravenous Ghoul is summoned behind the target and it will heal Yorick for the damage it deals.

Cost: 55/60/65/70/75 mana
Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds
Physical Damage: 55/85/115/145/175 (+1.0 per bonus attack damage)
Yoricks Ultimate (R) is Omen of Death. Active: Yorick conjures a revenant in the image of one of his allies that will have a percentage of their max health and attack damage. The revenant lasts for up to 10 seconds. If his ally dies while their revenant is alive, the revenant sacrifices itself to reanimate them temporarily by restoring them to full health and giving them time to enact vengeance. The reanimation will last for up to 10 seconds. During this time, the ally can use all of their abilities.
~Cost: 100 mana
Range: 900 (estimate)
Cooldown: 120/105/90 seconds
Health Percentage: 50%/75%/100%
Damage Percentage: 45%/60%/75%
Alright now that we have all his spells down in fine detail lets talk about his play style and spell rotation. Yorick is a huge bully like that kind in high school that takes the nerdy kids lunch money. You want to rush that Tier so you can spam your spells even more then you already can without running out of mana. When the enemy goes to last hit (if melee) auto E and W him/her away and spam it when hes near you but not too much where you run out of mana and become weak and (if ranged) just E and W him/her. When using a full rotation to harass you enemy you use E or W then the other spell THEN Q and run away kitting damage from ghouls. Q must be last so you can do the most damage you possible do.
Note: Yoricks ultimate DOESN'T count as a ghoul.

/Murmanana\ Alright Murmanana is kinda simple it increases your Damage by a lot with giving you mana to spam your spells and increases your Q's damage by a significant amount.
/Runic Bulwark\ The Runic Bulwark gives Yorick high tankyness in both sections of magic damage and physical damage as well as hp.
/Ionian Boots\ The cool down reduction is very strong with Yorick but you are aloud to get any boots you prefer.
/Iceborn\ Once again going back to Yoricks Q this increases his Q's BASE damage by 125% as well as doing some aoe damage creating a good team fight item for Yorick.
/Banishes\ The Banishes is very optional but I like it because it gives MR Mana and Hp making it a strong item for Yorick in this build. Plus the absorbing one spell can some in handy in team fights.
/Atma's\ Alright before you go like this guy is dumb let me explain this to you. You have about 3k hp, almost 200 MR and a good amount of armor. Why not convert your Hp into more damage as well as making your armor almost 200 if not 200 as well. Now you are well rounded in all stats making you high def, high offence, and a high mana pool.

Alright lets get down to why I choice the spells to max out that I choice. I choose the E first to max out because it does good amount of damage and gives Yorick his key ability Sustain . After I max his W because his Q's scaling is so high you don't need to max it until the end as well as your W gives aoe poke and a slow to allow you to harass your lane enemy(s) even more. Then his Q because it's the last spell to max out.
Alright let me explain what this build is. This build is a high bulling lane that makes you strong at teamfights, Tanky, have high damage, and the most important part. Have poke.
