Firstly you are a strong at duels early game due to ur q and w being very strong even before you get items, so dont be scared to duel the enemy jungler, theres only a handful of junglers you can take solo such as Udyr, Xin zhao, lee sin and maybe olaf or jarvan, so just look out for lane priority and dont be too afraid to invade the enemy early. Watch out for enemy laners like talon that can rotate super fast to you and sandwich you with the enemy jungler.

As heca you need to not forget to gank your lanes as your ganks are extremely strong and with the cooldowns being not too high you can gank a lane pop their summs and then repeat gank for some easy kills. Picking ghost also helps you to gank a lane that is briefly out of position to be able to quickly capitalise on the enemy's mistakes.

Item wise, the vast majority of the time you take warriors to be able to do damage, the only scenario you take cinderhulk is if your whole team is very squishy and you need a tank, your key items and triforce and steraks, getting those 2 gets you a huge power spike.

As for items the build above synergises with your kit well as dead mans plate gives you movement speed increasing your damage and spirit visage increases your healing, so you become a super tanky monster that also does damage.
