Alright, my name is Allen or AC51493. I'm currently in Silver so that's not too good, but I climbed my way out of bronze with this. 75% win rate over 20 games because people just don't expect it. They see ZIGGS and think, oh, too easy to counter mid lane because who plays him support? Only me. Also, at the beginning of S7 everyone was like oh ****, the Koreans are playing ZIGGS ADC, I should try. Well, everyone got drunk apparently because he has a knockup/stun a slow field and an ult that'll make everyone think twice. As long as you can hit W on the keyboard then you are good. Stop overthinking this.

Like I said up top, Eye of the Watchers is better in my book. You're going to be trying to build a lot of items. The inventory slots and extra ward will help tremendously. Also, you maximize your gold because you don't need any AP really. Once you're W is maxed out you can stomp towers from like Baron. Not really, but you get my point. That's why I said tank ziggs could probably work in some way.

The only items you really need are eye of the watchers, morellonomicon, and scorcerers shoes. Everything else is for fun.

Also, Ignite can obv work too, that's personal preference for extra cc.

Poke with Q and E

Use your W to kite/kill/execute towers. You if another mage or adc gets too close you can throw the W behind them and knock them under tower so they get hit. Also, his W can be used to control the creeps pretty well with his E.

Use your Q to dmg the ranged minions. Let someone like Ashe drop a W or sivir/cait with a q. The ADCs of the world are probably thinking that you're gonna steal farm, but the odds are that their support will be trying to zone you from the edges so drop the mine fields their so they get dmged.

Everything with Ziggs support is used to make the enemy think twice. If anyone dives your adc, use W. If someone is trying to zone from the corners, use your E and Q.

His passive dmg will make a basic attack do about 250 dmg after morellonomicon and rylais. The CDR is cut everytime he cast so for quicker tower clears just spam q and e.

THREATS- Other than the mentioned people, any Poke support like Brand, Velkoz, or Zyra could really start hurting if you're not careful. If you out-poke them, they won't infringe on you though. Ziggs is cheap AF so just drop bombs and kite over and over again until they back. Then run up to the tower, hit it three times and GG.

GOOD TEAM MATES- AMMUMU, ASHE, anyone with hard CC so you can follow up with W or ult. IF someone made a team with AMMUMU, ZIGGS, MALPH, Miss Fortune, and like ekko, I don't think you can lose. Every team fight Post 6 will go in your favor.

PROS

Unmatched siege with passive & W (maybe trist can beat him, but I doubt it)
Knock-up and slow to engage, disengage, kite, manage creep wave
He doesn't need AP for his W to kill towers, so you can build him however you want
His ult does insane dmg, good for finishing the kill


CONS

Squishy, like real squishy unless you build tank which is not a thing
Skillshot/unreliable (not sure how to categorize it) crowd control, but no one is going to run over your W unless they are drunk
Short games might be his weakness. If your ADC is garbage and you can't get to the tower to kill it, then you're going to have a bad time

This guide and build are for low ELO players. Please leave your comments below, but know that it doesn't make any sense to trash this. I've supported since season 5. Nothing else. I can't say this takes any skill considering I bought him and instantly played him in ranked, but I played garbage people mainly because its nearly impossible to carry as a support in any ELO. If it works for you, then let me know. If you're too afraid to try it, then maybe league isn't the game for you. No one ever got anywhere by falling into line. Live above the influence (on the rift that is, not in life, but probably that too...you know what if it's legal then **** 'em. Go in.)
