This build is a build that I use mostly. This may be changed do to who you are playing and what the buy. most the time i use this build though.
If you are just starting out this build may be your best shot. Talon is baiscly someone that goes into the back of a fight waits for the right time then takes out the ad carry, ap carry or support. then he falls back a bit and waits for cool downs. after this he goes in again for the same 3 targets.

The runes that i use are just the runes I own. I dont care for saving my IP for runes personally although i know they help. Generally i would recommend attack damage runes instead of armor pen but the armor pen alows you to shred the opponent once you just have bought a little ad. You can see theimprovment in how hard you hit creeps as soon as you purchase just a Doran's Blade or a The Brutalizer

I go full ad branch for talon masteries just simply because I hit so much harder so much faster than my opponent at early levels. I don't recomend using the utility tree because it doesnt really help talons damage output in any way.

As far as items are conserned, never try to build a Trinity Force. Lots of builds say building this with talon is a great buy. They are wrong. Think about late game when every play counts every attack damage counts. well talon only scales off his ad. getting even a bit of ap can screw up your build. Also i do recommend the Frozen Mallet simply because of the fact that you get much more hp as well as a bonus slow effect on every basic attack. The bonus slow just helps Talons passive Mercy. As far as late game gose your final build will change depending on the other champs. If they are building lots of armor the get a Last Whisper. If they are building lots of ap then Maw of Malmortius will do. If they keep focusing you in a team fight then consider a Guardian Angel. Now for boots I mainly use either Ionian Boots of Lucidity or Mercury's Treads depening on how well you are doing.

I when playing as talon always to use Ignite and Flash. this allows you to use your combo then let then slowly die from Noxian Diplomacy and Ignite for and easy kill. I also use Flash so I can use my combo and escape from a fight or so i can poke a lot then when they are thinking they are out of range then you quickly Flash then cutthroat onto them. Other summoner spells that i would consider is Smite instead of Ignite if you are jungling (which I never do) or Teleport if you are top lane and are going to probably be ganking alot to bot with Teleport.

Last hitting is very important for talon. If You use my rune set up it will be difficult for about 5 levels until you build the attack damage. But mid game or late game it isn't that crucial for you to have great farm mainly because you will be FED.

When using talon I usually try to poke with my "W" Rake until I'm about level 6 then i will use My "E" Cutthroat then "Q" Noxian Diplomacy then "W" Rake and then use Shadow Assault + Ignite to finish them off or ult to get away if they didnt die. If they got away then just recall buy more ad and you will get them next time.
