The runes are the only thing that is a bit off wiht this build but it works really good, by getting your LVL 2 so early you can go for an easy kill. You want to last hit the first wave but at the same time trying to poke your opponent down with W's. Whne you get lvl 2 use W and thne Q followed by a basic to proc you passive and then ignite. This will do a lot of damage to your opponent and it might even kill them wich is the point. You cna also use flash before you use Q so you can make the Q crit for more DMG. Later in the game just roam a lot. Since you will gte 6% more XP from minions/kills/monsters/assists you can get an early lead and use it to snowball.
