People tell me all day that support/tank Ekko doesn't work and that I should be reported for trolling.
They soon take back their remarks when they see what I can do. It may not work in every situation, as some bot lane combos can shut Ekko down quite easily if done right.

Building health on Ekko is really effective because of the heal on his ult. The enemy team will essentially have to kill you twice. And if you have a spirit visage, the health you regain will be even greater.

Honestly these two builds are just personal preferences of mine, I don't expect everyone to agree with me. I hope you have fun if you use this build.
