Runes
scaling armor seals because the armor from your passive is not enough
scaling attack damage marksfor maximum attack damage late game
scaling attack damage quints more attack damage.
Masteries
Items
is a good starting item for the lifesteal damage and health.these items are what you need to be the one shotting monster that ad thresh is.
Unique Skills
another one is dark passage into death sentence and use death sentence again.
Pros / Cons
his best skills don't need ad to be useful
his ult is a aoe 99% slow if they hit the walls(fk ezreal)
has 3 cc abilities
can be tanky against other adcs if you have enough souls
cons
ult can be flashed out(flash is a super common summoner spell)
not the best early game
item reliant
rage is a common thing because adc thresh is not meta
