10/31/2012 Basic Builds have been made for AP based champs and Hybrid Champs (teams 1 & 2 respectively). Team 2 is partially a WIP and I am focusing the majority of my attention on team 1.

I am currently in the process of testing the basic builds I have posted out.

Please withhold voting until the actual build guide is relatively complete. I'll probably post in this Update Log before I make the updates I feel are necessary to qualify this guide for rating.

Feel free to try out what I have here for yourself and suggest any changes that could be made to adapt to counter-picks or your own personal suggestions.

I don't have the most time on my hands at the moment but I will be testing these builds out frequently in the coming days. Send me a PM if you would like to help me by testing out team comps on the new TT as well in normals (and eventually ranked 3s, but that might require a separate guide since I have no ranked game experience yet).
