This is a Taric Guide, and I been playing Taric for extremely long time and realize some people do not know how to play him. Some people choose heal over Shatter and Stun whenever they wants. And that is not good, Taric hardly do any healing, so instead of healing, i recommend choose shatter to help your ad to get more kills instead.

Some people may wonder why I am not using GP10, the reason is GP10 only allow you to get money a bit faster, but money doesn't win you the game, I choose Movement speed is because Taric is a close range support, What it mean is that Taric need to get close to use R and W. The faster you get to the enemy, the faster you get to the Enemy the faster you can use your R and W. That mean your Ad can get more kills easier.

It is EXTREMELY EASY,
E the ad, R that will damage the enemy, W armor strippers.

Follow these build in group order, but you can build whatever order you want within that group. I recommend item for group, before item for yourself, help the group allow them to live longer, rather than you last longer and give no benefit since you do no damage.

Frozen Heart are able to reduce enemy attack speed, allow late game ad not able to attack too fast. Such as, Ashe Graves Tristana Varus Draven

Raduin's Omen is to prevent champion that run extremely fast, to your carry and kill them. champion such as Rammus Hecarim Malphite

Mikael's Blessing is a item that remove CC on any champion(teammate) you select and heal them by 150 + 15% of the missing health. So it mean that it will take away move that will endanger you like. Sona Crescendo, Leona Shield of Daybreak Solar Flare.

For Taric/support I can possible only see 2 kinds, Alacrity and Captain.

Enchantment: Alacrity allow you to run faster, pick this only if your team doing good.

Enchantment: Captain allow your team to run faster when they running toward you, and nearby minions will run 20% faster. Pick this if your team is winning

You may have wonder why did i choose 4-5-21, 4 for CD, 5 for defense, 21 for supporting mastery. Taric is a tanky champ who is able to heal, and stripe armor, so I rather use the CD to harass enemies, then using it to defend myself and not able to do anything

Taric are able to support these AD the best:

Graves
Ezreal
Varus
These champs are able to do HUGE damage with their skill, so you can just Dazzle the enemy and Shatter, then the AD can kill them easier.

Players have to find a way to communicate with the ad, and you need a bit of sense. To tell your ad to go in and fight/kill, or stay back because you stun in a bad position to go.
