max q in poro king(enemies tend to stand behind, which is the best position for u

what u do is stand back and poke

cleanse, barrier are optional

farm by poking enemies

basically, we dont need to upgrade all the way to frost queen, all we need is the base gold for poking. change your role back to adc after mid game.

best if team has strong cc, oriana+invisible champion might be a good one, or galio, veigar, sion, shen, etc. someone that pulls everyone together, in order to max ur ult dmg.
also braum might be a good choice since he can block abilities that stun you which stops your ult
