The only problem is she'll keep dashing around your q hits. Otherwise her shroud doesn't help her much allowing you to take dominance over the fight.
Camille
She can use her e to dodge around your q and then out trade you with her passive and q but when she ult's you can ult too to fuck her over.
Cho'Gath
His silence, knock up, and raw health make him extremely hard to kill aswell as the ever looming threat of his ult when your ult is about to wear off. Just make sure to kill yourself before your ult ends and disengage.
Darius
Aatrox is a very hard counter to Darius as his first q out ranges his pull, his second q is even with it, and if he pulls you in while the second q is in action you'll be free to land the third q. When he q's you can use your e to avoid it making his slows very useless.
Dr. Mundo
He's too slow to avoid your q. The only problem is his sustain which you can build an executioners to counter.
Fiora
Your q and w are way too telegraphed almost always giving her a free stun. In addition she can get onto you and stick to you thanks to her lunge. Just try to survive the lane and look for kills elsewhere.
Gangplank
The only real problem with gangplank is that he will outscale you. However you're at your strongest in lane where he's at his weakest. So just go nuts and keep the pressure on
Garen
His silence is very crippling and the fact his q removes your w's slow guarantees that it will almost never pull him. Much like the cho'gath match up his ult is always waiting for your ult to be over.
Gnar
His only defense is his hop and most of the time he'll save it to get out of your w. Try to manage distance the best you can as your q outranges him.
Heimerdinger
Just fuck this guy, get some mr, a cowl, maybe a hex drinker and try to survive.
Illaoi
You are basically Illaoi 2.0, the only difference is she has way more raw damage. However you can dance around this with your e. Remember to avoid her q at all costs as it is very punishing to the trade (for you).
Irelia
A good irelia will keep dancing around your q's through lane until she out scales you and auto's you to death. The best you can do inlane is save your e to avoid her stun and attempt to lock her down with your w once she wastes her q.
Jax
His hop and counter strike make him hell to fight against. He'll first hop onto you while you're on your first q then he'll use counterstrike to negate your passive damage while finally disengaging with the stun. Overall it's a skill match up and what you need to do is use your e to escape his e range.
Jayce
He will consistently out range you and bully you. I suggest getting some anti-poke items and try to do short trades with him. You can sustain back up where as he can't.
Jhin
While not a direct threat if he get's fed in bot lane you will almost never land a q on him due to his insane movement speed. Nothing you can really do just keep him in mind.
Kayle
You can bully her extremely hard in the early game. Do your best to wait out her ult and you should be able to survive her damage.
Kennen
His stuns will continue to mess up your combo. An early hexdrinker should help a lot in this match up. Otherwise try to get some damage items until you can 1-shot him
Kled
Kled's all in potential is very annoying and his dash more so. However once he gets off skaarl you will most likely have the burst damage to finish him off. If it's not up back off and wait for cool downs.
Malphite
You just won't kill him unless he's building full ap in which case you will always kill him. Otherwise just try to push and roam. You can outsustain his poke and will win in the long run due to his mana costs, but don't expect to get too many kills in this lane.
Maokai
He is very similar to Malphite except he is very spooky early. Maokai brings a very suprising amount of consistent damage early game and may be able to out play you by w'ing through your q's. Always be on guard against him and keep an eye out for the enemy jungler.
Mordekaiser
His E has a very similar range to your q, allowing him to out trade you. Just make sure you don't face tank his q or fight him while he's using his w. Despite being a very annoying person to lane against you should be able to come out ontop. Mr also helps here.
Nasus
Nasus doesn't do too well into Aatrox but in being the 1v1 king he is it'll be a challenge to duel him. Try to keep lining up your q's to harass him in lane and save your w and a charge of your e for if he withers you; this will be your only escape. The only thing you really have going for you is your passive which will blow through his hp even if he ults. Above all make sure you don't feed him, it's better to go 0/0/0 and let him get farm than dying to him trying to prevent him from farming and then have him get the farm anyways.
Olaf
Just make sure he doesn't run you down level 1. Otherwise you should be able to out damage him.
Ornn
Ornn is very annoying due to his tankiness. But you should be able to outrange him and keep batting him around.
Pantheon
Pantheon is very annoying early in the lane, his q spam can destroy your health bar and his passive will nulify your passive when he jumps on you. Try to survive to level 6 and then you'll have a bigger advantage.
Poppy
You should be able to out damage her once you get black cleaver. The only problem is that she can ult you away when you ult, overall giving you less kill pressure.
Quinn
You both have similar range meaning when she goes in to poke you can use your q to trade back. However you win these trades due to your innate sustain. But, once she hits level 6 she'll start roaming and may get fed off that. Try your best to shut her down early.
Renekton
This is the one. He will make your life hell. You cannot trade with him because he can e in when you go to q and then perform his stun combo. Play extremely safe and do your best to trade when his dash is down. AND ALWAYS MAINTAIN DISTANCE.
Riven
A good riven is extremely annoying to fight against. She will continue to avoid all of your q's until she goes in for the kill. Facing against a riven is like a game of chess. Think about how she alone plays and play around this.
Rumble
If he keeps denying you cs use your q and w to farm and maybe other casts of q to poke. Overall he'll be annoying but really unable to kill you.
Shen
You can straight up out duel him at any point in the game. Pretty easy lane. Only thing you need to worry about is using your passive in his w zone.
Singed
As you outrange him he can't stop you from csing, however even with your w slow he may be able to out run you. So just follow the first rule of league.
Sion
Sion is a lane bully, he'll try to whittle you down with his q and e but you can play around this, use your q to stop his q and your e to dodge his e. Only look for kills against him early game as he'll become far too tanky.
Soraka
The worst part isn't fighting against one. It's playing with one, just when you're about to die with your ult she'll ult to save you. God damn you Soraka and you selfless bitch.
Swain
Swain actually does pretty well against Aatrox because he can manage distance with his root. If you can avoid this you should be all right.
Tahm Kench
You can continue to kite him and will almost never need to get up in his face. Keep kiting, avoid early cheese, and the lane should be yours.
Talon
Always beware his level 2 combo. That's where he will get you.
Teemo
Cockmo himself, this little shit will keep running laps around your q's and blind you so your passive goes to waste. Get an early Cowls and be prepared to rip his own dick off and shove it in his ass if it isn't already there.
Trundle
Similar to TK you just need to kite him, fights shouldn't be too bad and the match up overall favors you.
Tryndamere
The lane all depends on who gets the first kill. So look out for early cheese and you should gradually be able to out fight him. Make sure to e away instead of walking away so that he doesn't get the slow off.
Urgot
Urgot will out-brute-force you His shield punishes you for getting on to him and he will outscale you into late game unless you set him behind. In addition his flip can mess up your q positioning. Try to get a bramble vest as early as possible and maybe you can stand toe to toe with him.
Viktor
This guy is able to out trade you with his q, the shield shrugs off any damage you do and once he evolves it the movement speed will make him really hard to hit. Do your best to survive
Yasuo
A good yasuo will keep dashing around your q's, windwall your w, and then stick to you like glue. Just practice aiming your q's and you should be golden. Overall skill matchup.
