I'll update this guide, the idea behind this, is to play Skarner as a support!
Always good for Season 13.
The idea behind a Skarner as a support is to have powerful tank for late game, and utilities.
How ? In three words : tank, speed, stun.
In fact, to benefit of a strong support with Skarner, you need to play safe in early game, wait for level 6 and after all's going to be easy.

In fact, to benefit of a strong support with Skarner, you need to play safe in early game, wait for level 6 and after all's going to be easy.
RUNES
If you pick the resolve runes you need to build an Ice Gauntlet to benefit the slow of auto attack. But, on situation, you can change your Mythic item and you must build a Rylai's Crystal Scepter. The idea behind these two items is to benefit a strong tank in late game.
However, if you decide to pick inspiration runes, you must use Glacial Augment to grant slow of auto attack. In this build, you can pick another Mythic than Ice Gauntlet, like Hearthsteel or something more like "support" role. You musn't build the Rylai's Crystal Scepter.

SPELLS
A key to play Skarner as a support is the W spell, in fact you gain a shield and a good move speed, ideal to attack or defend ADC.
E spell is really useful, if you know Skarner, you understand fast, you can poke opponents, stun them and slow them, what a good boy.
Q spell deal damage, not useful at the begenning but in late game, really strong.
R is the most hilarious thing, you pick the opponent where you want. Thing to know, Alistar can clear it.
