Hy my name is Niclaus Cato and I'll share with you my guide for a strong catster - support Taric with low cd .I worked hard to make this guide the best I could, and I would appreciate any and all feedback that you guys may provide. 1st thing you need to know is thet Taric is hard champ to play , so u should maybe start with some easier build , but if you allready know to play Taric , read and try out this build . It gets me to loooots of assists and even a positive score my dear readers.

Invisible text!You must start like a classic support , which you will learn from the The strongest cd items, the best item for Taric , if u build him cd is
Morellonomicon . I build Taric to 70% cd . You need it , trust me . Buying items that will grant you mana , mana regen and cd , makes you a fantastic caster . Taric is the best support to me , cuz he has everything : STUNhis best ability , HEALalso important , armor for everyone-which makes him kinda tanky and fantastic ulti , that grants teamates bonus ad and ap . Because he has fantastic spells , why not able him to cast them all the time . Now , just follow the build , Ill explain everything!literallyInvisible text!

Invisible text! Faerie Charm + 2x Health Potions + 2x Sight Wards + Vision Ward are my standard opening items on supp as they give you needed mana regen , vision and u have 70g left , so why not buy 2 potions :) |
Invisible text! Invisible text! Sightstone is something any supp needs to have as fast as possible , so u dont have to buys wards ... u can promote it to Ruby Sightstone , or simply sell it lategame |
These boots are perfect for Taric , cuz they help you escape ... while stuning your enemy you have some time to grab that extra speed . And you can come to help your mate verry fast , when needed .You can promote them into anything you like |

Invisible text! Fiendish Codex is classical mage item . I allwais take it after the boots in mid lane , but as supp u actualy dont need it , ofc if u're not Taric ... This is core item for the most of the cd reduction items . Actualy it gives you fantastic ap , that can be rly useful in laning . |
Invisible text! Invisible text! So do I even have to explain this one ... Just look at Taric and u know it's item made for him . It look like a gem ! But rly , this is some classic supp item with no ap .. If carries couldn't touch you before , They surely won't now ;) |
Well , as I said before : U rly pick Enchantment of your choice ... But I prefer this one because it helps u escape ( even lategame ) and help you stun some enemies your mates can't reach . Enchantment: Distortion is great too . Same reason ...

Spells
Dazzle is his best spell . Well my friends , I wouldnt agree . Dazlle is maybe his most iritating spell expecialy if you know to use it well , but that spell has a huge cd . So there is one more reason to use this Fabulous build :) My favorite spell of Taric is Shatter it's unique and strong , so I build it 1st . Imbue is rly usefull too without it Taric wouldn't even be support and the Radiance is classical Teamfight spell , but with lots of cd reduction u're free to use it and waste it whenever you can .
