Champion Build Guide
Introduction
Hello summoners I have been playing pyke intermittently since his release but i have recently been playing him toplane more and more so I thought I would make this guide to help others understand toplane pyke
Pros and cons
Pros
- high mobility for ganks and survival
- lots of damage thanks to his passive
- high CC to help lock priority champs down

- Very squishy as he cant build health
- if he gets caught out with CC he will most likely die
- requires lethality to scale properly

Runes
The primary rune you want to use is hail of blades due to insane damage you can pump out during your stun. Along with tiamat, this is your main damage.
Cheap shot is great for more damage during your stun and others CC.
Eyeball collection is a must have on most assassins due to the constant scaling of adaptive damage.
Ultimate hunter should be a very obvious choice on Pyke as it is one of his best features. While this will mean you have to roam to get the best out of it but this gives your ult a better cooldown for more executes and more gold.

The engage
Pyke has 2 types of engages, passive and aggressive.
Passive engages work by baiting your opponent towards either a teammate or tower and using your cc to get them under the tower and lock them down for a kill. Most of the time I do this by getting low and dragging them to a tower before doing a quick pull to get them under tower and stunning them. At this point they can either flash away or go for the kill on you at which point you either keep running them under tower or let them go. This depends on your health obviously and whether you are safe or not
Aggressive engages tend to start with the E as it can get you up to your enemy. After getting the stun use your HOB(Hail Of Blades) autos then cancel the recovery with tiamat. After that, Q then hopefully you can ult them at this point otherwise keep autoing them until they get low. If they have any dashes or such try to lock them down before ulting.
