this IS my usual build against a balanced team of ap/ad makes u rly bulk but still able to make ppl fear u MUAHAHAHA which is what Hecarim feeds off of >=)
I HAVE tested out this build and it has worked rly well and made the opposing team afraid of me

gonna skip cuz u shouldnt need it for ad

first for ur spammable harrass ability
second to help u stay alive or help get a kill with the wider aoe

last cuz its more of an initiator ability
