Watch the axes, if he misses those then you can escape with your W. Most of his damage is in the axes but with the life steal he gets from the W it will keep the chase going longer and you won't be able to sustain the damage. Stack armor and health, mainly thornmail if going against olaf.
Pantheon
Pantheon usually will build lethality, so all of your armor will basically be pointless unless you have thornmail. Wait for him to stun you and then pop your W to escape. This will give you some space to possibly recover or allow your team to engage.
Elise
Elise has a lot of burst damage, with her E she can keep you in position while she throws a bunch of combos out. Best thing to do is try and dodge those and if you do get in her face quick if team is by you. If not then W away or ult if needed.
She is a squishy tho so try to land your E on her in fights and watch her health get bursted down quick.
Ryze
Ryze has his prison, Not much you can do to stop it seeing as it is a point and click. Best bet is to give it a sec and then pop W so when it goes away you can escape. He is pretty squishy so landing your E is critical, if not then he can prison and escape.
Lee Sin
Lee has a gap closer so even with your W speed he can still jump to you if he lands Q. If you can dodge those then escape is easy. Best thing to do against him is be ready for his counter jungle, if you can catch him out early then he wont be able to catch up. Always get scutler even if its not needed and continue to put wards in his jg. This will help with counter ganks and setting up tower dives.
Teemo
Teemo can be a very bursty champ if built right. You're only problem with him is the burst really. If he hits you with Q then good because that allows your team to jump on him. If solo and he hits Q then jump him and W, the W will continue to hit since its AOE. Once his Q is gone then E and you can burst him pretty quick.
Akali
Akali has a gap closer so be weary of running away at low health, your best bet is to probably stay and land E and let the W just do a bunch of damage in her little circle of invisibility.
Shaco
Shaco is pretty easy to counter, he may be able to go invisible for a short time but if he is low your w will usually kill him. Also if you land your E before he does it marks him so you will be able to see where he goes. Shaco is pretty usless overall so winning against him should be easy just pay attention to his ganks and counter jg him.
Jax
Jax mainly relies on his att speed and his stun. So if you have your W going when he stuns you may miss your basic attacks on him but your W will continue to hit since it is an AOE. Wait to launch your E at him till after he is done with the stun, it will block it if you try to hit him with it. Always use W to chase him if low cause more than likely you can kill him quick with no team near by.
Talon
Talon's ult is his circle of blades and goes invisible, but again with W you will still be able to hit him even without seeing him. He is an assassin so usually building a bunch of tank will prevent him from doing any damage to you what so ever.
