Hi im ColeRamen i play Singed support jg, i did not create this strat, the creator is named AdellaideSkyHart he has a Youtube channel, there are a few vids made about him by the LolHounds. I modified the build a bit and changed and some other stuff. I am currently gold 2 with this strat and still climbing with a positive wr. You will get flamed sometimes by doing this but it's super fun and is pretty good.
Singed’s early game clear is not that bad you know what they say, never chase a singed so you will get away with it also his ganks are really good level 2 and 3 with the flip and the speed you will get from being near a teammate.

-Leaves your adc alone in lane witch can lead to her falling behind, losing cs and feeding the enemy team.

first clear
What you will be doing is counter jungling the enemy jg level 1. If start on red team you will want to make to the enemy's wolfs by 1:10, after that your will go to the enemy's blue buff and take it and smite it when its low enough after that try to gank top. If you're on the blue team than start with raptors then red buff
Getting to wolfs or raptor should be fine but if the enemy jg comes when your are taking the buff dont try to fight unless he is really low, try to out smite him for the buff if it doesn't work then either take one of your jg's camp or go back to lane.
remeber to be careful when you dont see the enemy laners on the map cause they might of put a ward and are coming for you.

Laning phase
after first back should be back to lane at 3:30 to 4:00. In lane your wait for a opening to flip the adc. after completing your first item sell your jg item.
In the champ select you should tell your adc to play safe in cause your wont be there for the first 3 to 4 min of the game.
You always want to go Smite or this start wont work and Ghost cause your a singed, it helps you get out of sticky situations and cause your singed.
Go my resolve rune page,it is good for lane against poke and the speed you get after prauking your guardian is pretty good for an engage.
Rushing Righteous Glory is really good for getting to your target, Rylai's slow is good for your poison,Dead man is a good tanky item for singed, gives your speed after building up the stacks by running around.
BIg boy impact
This is one of my gold game where i ****ed with there jg so badly that he only did 49 damage in a 15 min game, he force to power farm and when he was doing that my and my jg got the drakes and also invaded him a bunch of times and killed him
