Creeping / Jungling

Right, farming. So basically your route is going to be gromp to blue to red. This is probably better for ganking because you get the early double buff and you'll be able to sustain yourself pretty well. I like to see where bot and mid are at after I take blue to see if they're having issues. If they are, I head over, if not, farm krugs and the scuttler and take your first back. If your mid laner is really mana hungry like a Brand or a Syndra ask if they want the blue on your third run-through. You want your second double buff as well just for devourers unless you're far enough ahead you don't need it. Make sure you consistently kill creeps on either side of the jungle, don't stick to any one side. Gank when you see openings and you do a LOT of damage so it's good for shutting down those top lane tanks or mid hypercarries early on. Try not to take kills as you don't really need them, but if you find you're starting to get kills or your laners are too stupid to pick them up and you have to take them, just gank more because your team will need you. Now. Counterjungling. Personally, I don't do this unless I know for sure the enemy jungler is around my health and at their buff. You can out-brawl most junglers (see threat levels, any not mentioned are really easy to take once you've got an item or two under your belt), so try to hide in the bushes until they've almost taken their buff and smite roar to take it and jump on them. Ward up if you do this early game though because their lanes probably won't be clueless and they'll rush to the rescue and you're really easy to kill early game.

Summary

There's not a whole lot to him past the build. Just make sure you farm and if your lane asks for a gank, go for it. Don't tower dive early because you're really squishy until you get that warmogs. If you know for sure you're gonna activate your ult do it when you're charging because it'll apply lightning on the flip and you won't have to wait for the animation. Devourer helps his damage scale into late game with his tankiness and all of a sudden you'll find it really easy to peel for your carries and do almost as much damage as them. Have fun (:
