Guys, Shen doesn't have good scaling on anything. Please don't build him AP. It's Tempo Shen not AP Shen. His only damage output is through auto-attacking. Which means youre going on hit Shen because he doesn't scale of off damage and his AP scaling is borderline useless. So we are going to auto them to death with empowered autos. 6% max hp when you drag it through on hit damage as magic damage. Other than that he has a little bit of damage on his "E" taunt or what you would like to call it. That's it.

So we are going for AS and on hit. Because we cant do damage without it.

Your Lethal Tempo rune is 30%, plus the 20% from Inpiration tree, so 50% at level 1. An additional 24% as the first back is at least 74% bonus attack speed. Empower his q by dragging his sword through enemy, bam! Another 50% on top of it. +124% Attack speed. Plus the scaling of Lethal Tempo. You can proc all three of your empowered q's and one extra in less than 3 seconds. Do it two times, or three times, and you have a kill.

But either of these work fine against AP laners. Bork is good against tanks, wits is better against squishies. Bork is slightly better with sustain champs as you can sustain with them if you can't kill them.

Attack speed is high priority. So it surviving. So is gambling. Always kill them first.

Always flash and ignite. Trust me. I'm an adult.

Late game: Ward up and split push. Keep your allies up to date on your ult. Split push when its up. When they come to get you, ult off to a teammate or when a good ult save/condemn presents itself. Ulting the support will often provide this as they are always too far out trying to engage. Ulting the adc will often lead to you being presented to your back lines as your adc runs the heck away for some reason, because thats what they do every time. It's bronze.
