Threats & Synergies
A natural counter, play passively and avoid getting close, freeze the lane under the tower and wait for ganks and out scale her.
A very tough matchup, He out damages you at all points of the game. Early wait for him to reload to trade and never go up to his fourth shot. Never get close to him and in team fights be wary of where he is.
Just like the Vayne match up, just make sure to save your flash for her ult.
A hard-pressed matchup early but you win late since he can't really poke you out before a team fight, just stick it out early and wait for late.
A hard matchup if their support's good, if not, jinx is a great matchup. You don't necessarily win lane because of her great poke, just wait for mid/late where you start out scaling her.
Kaisa, one of the few champs twitch wins early but loses late. She easily dodges your skills with her ult and E. Make sure to shut her down early and stomp her down to where shes irrelevant.
Early trades can go either way. The only matchup I would recommend taking Press the attack 100% to win early trades soundly. Just engage on him late and burst him before he dishes out his damage.
You shit on her late, early shes pretty strong though, so make sure you take trades where she doesn't get too many passive stacks in you to rend.
You lose early hard. because of this make sure to stay away from minions because of her Q and freeze under the tower for ganks, Late shes just another immobile champ to pick off, just make sure you survive early.
This is an easy lane matchup, but about when she has Yoummus she'll start getting absorbent amounts of damage. Make sure in fights she engages on someone else before you go out of stealth.
This is a skill matchup. A bad trist will take bad trades and allow you to scale before she does. A good one will dive you in fights and out scale you since she basically gains a free firecannon. since she wins early trades just wait for late and avoid her all together.
Possibly the easiest matchup for twitch, early you win trades with cask and late you decimate her as well, also watch out for her condemn and not being next to walls when she/you all ins. an overall easy matchup
Xayah is another easy match up, at all points shes worse than you, just make sure to be careful of her feather placement and all in when her ult is down.
You out scale but the early to mid game is hell. If he starts winning a trade and you try to Q away, he won't let it happen. your gonna have to use flash a lot early and make sure its up if you even are considering a trade.
Wins the early game very hard. hard to trade with and bursts you down easily. Fleet is highly recommended in this matchup. Although you out scale be careful of where you go out of stealth because if given the chance he will kill you.
You win this fairly soundly, early is hard because of his poke but again, you out scale. Make sure to avoid getting stacked and avoid his ult.
Overview of this guide.
Twitch is an amazing ADC, he has one of the best carry potential of any ADC in the whole game, maybe even greater than Kai'Sa. He's a sorta hybrid between an ADC and an assassin, since late you can use your Ambush to position your self in a team fight with a Runaan's Hurricane you can tear up a team in a matter of seconds. There's a reason there are so many highlights of Twitch opening up on a baron play and coming out with a Penta kill.
Another standard ADC item after the Heal nerfs, ADC health nerfs, and ADC regen nerfs, An overall great item if you're going to be passive in lane and wait for the late to start scaling.
A component of Blade of the Ruined King, it gives you really good sustain and damage, Try to usually first back to this component.
Recurve Another component for Blade of the Ruined King, Buy this if you are super far ahead, because of the attack speed from this and boot components. Usually though, back for Bilgewater Cutlass.
