Zilean put a Time Bomb on Talon, Time Warp and during the tower diving he must try to put another Time Bomb in the enemy team.And
Talon wait Zilean boost, next he use his Ghost, cutthroat the target ( the ad carry would be best ), Rake, Noxian Diplomacy and Shadow Assault. If the opponents survive, put your Ignite on him. If the opponents team have too many heal, put your Ignite first to reduce their heal half.
Zilean advice
Zilean is a support, so don't push with him.
