URF IS BACK AGAIN IN THE 2016 SEASON! SO YOU KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS! Break out the Eve just just Q!

START:

You want to start with an Amplifying Tome because of how a Doran's Ring has little use to me in this mode. Sure you get the health, AP, and mana regen passive, but the passive is useless and as Eve you shouldn't be in the front lines, at the start of the game you should be acting like an assassin to secure kills. Then the normal Health Potion & Stealth Ward

FIRST ITEM:

Your first item should always be the Luden's Tempest because of its added movement speed to your Dark Frenzy and it's passive helps with wave clear and poke.

EVERYTHING ELSE:

Everything else could come in the order I describe or however you see fit.

Q: Why no Boots?
A: Easy, I say no boots because I think you simply don't need them on Eveylnn in URF. Her 'W' Dark Frenzy , when maxed , gives you +70% more movement speed, with a cooldown of 3 seconds, plus your Luden's Tempest +7% bonus movement speed AND if you get the third stack of Dragon, Dragon's Flight, thats +5% more movement speed. All that speed, you wont need boots!

Q: Hextech Gunblade? Why not Will of the Ancients?
A: When I first started formulating my build I would always build Will of the Ancients, until I actually looked at what both Will of the Ancients and Hextech Gunblade could do. To keep it short, Hextech Gunblade could basically do everything Will of the Ancients could, and more. The only thing it cant give is the cooldown reduction, which in this game mode is redundant.

Will of the Ancients (Feel free to hover and read for yourself) Gives 80 AP - 10 Cooldown reduction and 20% Spell Vamp.
Hextech Gunblade (Feel free to hover and read for yourself) Gives 80 AP - 40 AD - 10 Life Steal - AND 20% Spell Vamp - Plus an active.

So again, Hextech Gunblade can do everything the Will of the Ancients can AND more.


(ADDED) I threw a Spirit Visage into the mix because of it's Life Steal and Spell Vamp passive Buff, great for your Hextech Gunblade
