This is my first Vladimir guide so be gentle if u dont like something post in comment , and if u like it post in comment and Vote :)

Finnaly, i have time to play with vladimir and ofcourse make this guide ;)
So in the future there will be more item explaation and ofcourse runes / masteries explanation :)

There is a temple hidden in the mountains between Noxus and the Tempest Flats, where the secrets of an ancient and terrifying sorcery are kept. The area surrounding the temple is littered with the exsanguinated corpses of those who have mistakenly wandered too close. These served only to pique the curiosity of Vladimir, when – in his youth – he trekked through these mountains during his flight from Noxus. A day earlier, the teenaged Vladimir had brutally murdered two boys his age, for no better reason than to enjoy the intoxicating scarlet bloom that surged forth. He realized immediately that he would never be able to suppress his murderous desires, and if he remained in Noxus, his foul deeds were sure to catch up with him. Without hesitation, he abandoned the city-state, and journeyed south.
The trail of bodies led him to a crumbling stone temple. Inside he found an aging monk who appraised him with eyes of pure crimson. Vladimir surprised the monk by returning the wicked gaze with zeal. Recognizing the boy’s sinister craving, the monk taught Vladimir how to manipulate and control the fluid of life, often practicing on passing travelers. When it came time for Vladimir to learn the final lesson, the monk warned that failure would result in death. Vladimir did not fail, but success bore a grisly surprise. During the ritual, every drop of the monk’s blood was drawn from his body and fused with Vladimir’s, imbuing him with his master's magical essence, and that of every hemomancer before him. Left alone and suddenly without purpose, Vladimir resolved to return to Noxus, demanding enrollment in the League to prove the supremacy of his craft. When the Noxian High Command observed the gruesome fates which befell the palace guards, they elected to avail themselves of Vladimir's unsavory talents.

Pros:
Huge Aoe/Single Target damage
Huge Hp Pool
Does not need mana
A FREAKING BLOOD POOL :)
Huge Healing mid/late game

Cons:
Targeted First In Teamfights
Pretty weaker than other mages until he gets level 7
If u want to heal as much as i do u will need certain items :O

Vladimir has an unique skill for creeping, his q does damage before the projectile goes and hits the target (and heals u back) so this skill is very usefull. Vlad can clear whole creep waves once when he gets hextech revolver and hits level 7 use your pool and your e to clear out most of creeps and than heal yourself with q with the creeps on low hp that are left*

*if no creep is left than go to nearest neutral camp and spam q , e to get most of the hp.

Laning isnt a small fact becouse its hard to lane against strong champions and good players but Vladimir heals alot and has alot of hp and he can take a hit or two.

This is a badass champ, she can stun you with her Dark Binding and then Tormented Shadowand it will hurt.So try to avoid her stuns and try to stand as much as little in her Soil and you will be ok
She is nasty too..Prety much like morgana but she can be worse if she got feed by killing your alies with her LAZER.Try to avoid her Light Binding and dont let her AA you couse of her passive.
He isnt that bad just dont let him auto attack you and when he tries to kill you just use your pool...trolololllo
He is prety bad but you can win him just avoid Nevermore and you will survive, and when he gets level 6 try to get it before him so he cant kill you with his ult on.
When you see her play defensivly couse shee is one though champion , she can silence you and than just nuke you to death...Easy kill and when shes fed you can hardly kill her late game

That would be it in the laning Section USE those rules when you are lane , solotop or mid !!!

This is the thing that makes him Vladimir The Blood lord.So..
Every 40 point of hp gives vladimir 1 ap and Every 1 point of bonus ap gives him 1.8 hp.
This is the power that keeps you living on your lane and being and ap / tank late game.This Champion Has the one of the best pasives in game HP FROM AP AND AP FROM HP....but it does not stacks together so F*ck off you trollfaces it isnt infinity...^-^

Summoner Spells on Vlad are Very Easy to explain
You NEED this on vladimir becouse of all the ganks and you dont want to die.
If you dont take Flash you better take this couse vlad does not have any escape mechanisms except of his pool.
Its the best summoner spell for vlad by me, it gives you true damage and 50% Hp regen on enemy champ..It can get you easy kills and save your butt against Fiddlesticks and Volibear , Tryndamere with ulti ...
This is very good on vlad but i dont like it, i know it can save your *** when fighting champs 1v1 and Vladimir is good at that but i prefer ignite for the 50%heal off and true damage over time ...
This is nice when you go mid or solo top, Most of the people take this but i think i can survive... It's your choice

Well guys if you read this guide you must read this, so This will be a long chapter but the most important one.So lets begin....

You start with Amplifying Tome and one Health Potion couse it gives you high ap and ofcourse a Health Potion couse of the healing.
After you firt time recall buy Hextech Revolver and if you have money Boots
. Hextech Revolver is great on Vladimir couse it gives him spell vamp and he needs is bad and ofcourse for 1200 gold it gives you solid ap for item in early game.
Then it comes to the boot choise... First of all you have to buy Mercury's Treads couse of the tenacity if you have cc's in your enemy team like Alistar or Amumu.
If you dont have 2+ cc's in your enemy team:
1. Sorcerer's Shoes +20 Magic Penetration. Its alot early game and helps alot late game that is this my num.1 choice.
2. Ionian boots of Ludicity This is my second choice and i use this sometimes.It gives nice 15%cdr that you will need but i think u need MR more.

Your third item will be Spirit Visage it gives you
+30 magic resistance
Passive Unique: +10% cooldown reduction
Unique: Increases health gained yourself by healing, regeneration, life steal and spell vamp by 15%. ..So u got my point ?

By now you will already need more ap and ofc more spell vamp so you will get Will of the Ancients.And this item is preety good for other casters couse it gives an aura that gives them 30ap and 25%spell vamp.

Fourth item is verry important and its Rabadon's Deathcap , it gives you the power to rule the battlefield with its 140 ap and passive ability that gives you 30 % of your ap increased. This item to vlad is like ***SSSSSSSSSSSSSS and BEEEEEEEEWWWWWWWWWBBBZ to boys so u know what i mean.

Fifth item is Rylai's Crystal Scepter. It makes your q slows the hell out of them and Sanguine Pool slow them by 15 % AOE. It gives you 700 hp and 80 ap so with his passive that is alot more ap and hp.

Sixth item...lol guyz we actualy made it, we came to 6th item.So what will it be:
This item i ussualy get but if you dont like it i will make you do! It gives you 80AP 54 MR and ofcourse nice passive that reduces the MPof the bad guys around you !
It gives you 70 AP and 40%MP. I think Abysal Scepter Is better but its your choice
This is a nice item vs cc team but if you play versus Warwick, Urgot or Malzahar this is a must
This is good becouse of the hp you dont need the mana but still a nice passive.Block a spell every 45 secconds, that is nice if you have Karthus or Ezreal in enemy team.

Your Ulti makes you and your teammates does 5/10/15% more damage to enemy that are targeted and does 150/300/500 magic damage after 5 secconds
Your pool does Aoe damage so u cast it 2nd (right after your ultimate)
Your E does aoe damage and it stacks 4 times so u do more damage with all your spells and increase heal regen so u spam it as most as posible.
And Your q is your single target spell that heals you spam that when its not on cooldown.
