The Basics

This is my first guide for any champion. I was inspired by how awesome this champion is and decided create a guide and the fact that I see many thresh players that dont seem to know what they are doing. First you should know how to use his abilities well and you should be able to land his pull. Also I would like notify you that i know little about creating guides, so it wont look as nice as the other guides. But the guide doesnt need to look good it just needs to effectivly display the information. Also if you use this guide and dont do well Im not the one to blame.

Runes/Masteries

I suggest Defensive masteries simple because it gives you the survivability needed in the top lane. Many of you should understabd this. Next I recommend getting the ability power per level glyphs to help deal damage and win your lane. The seals of mana regen take care of any mana problems you should have. If you have mana problems you need to recall more or use your abitlities less often. The armor marks are nice since a lot of solo tops are attack damage champions and it helps during team fights. The ability power quints are for the early game advantage and prevents you from falling behind.

Summoner Spells

You may use whatever summoner spells you want, i just think that the ones i have chosen work well. I suggest teleport for the ability to get back to the lane without falling behind. It is also nice for setting up ganks for other lanes using wards to teleport to. Ignite is nice because it helps Thresh deal more damage and secure the kills. Like I said y6ou dont have to use these but I this is what works the besk for me.
