Masteries
21/0/9 is the choice for this build because you want to play as much offense as possible and disappear when things get hairy. You shouldn't need defensive masteries since you wont be sticking around long enough to get below half health usually so they'd be unused and the utility masteries help out a lot with leveling, better teleporting and holding on to red buff longer.
Runes
Runes

-
: Flat Attack Speed boost to help with early game DPS.
-
: You pick this for the obvious flat attack speed increase. This build is all about DPS and any addition especially early game is massively useful.
-
: For early game magic resist, keeping that AP carry from destroying you when you [decoy] out of an initiated fight
-
: This is chosen to stop their AD carry and any AD pokes from doing anything super useful against you early game.
Ability Explanation
-
Stone Skin:
Stone Skin is a great passive for team fights because for every champion around him he gains 4/6/8 magic resist and armor which can be the difference between death and escape.
-
Crushing Blow (Q):
Crushing Blow is a useful attack to pop after you initiate a fight. Because it deals 30/60/90/120/150 physical damage on contact and then reduces armor by 30%, helps to shred enemies with physical damage.
-
Decoy (W):
Decoy is a beautiful skill to have. Wukong stealths for 1.5 seconds and leaves behind an uncontrollable clone. After 1.5 seconds it will deal 70/115/160/205/250(+60% of ability power) which is useful when you're escaping and can change the tides of a gangk but you should be doing the gangking more often and shouldn't need the damage output till late game.
-
Nimbus Strike (E): My personal favorite and the bread and butter of this guide is
Nimbus Strike, this skill will easily close the distance between you and a champion to wreak havoc on them and if you combo it with
Crushing blow after you land you can deal out some quick damage and then
Decoy out of it to avoid the retaliation from being too bad.
-
Cyclone (R): //
Wukong's ultimate is a terrifically useful skill because it lasts up to 4 seconds and deals out 20/110/200 damage plus 1.0 per attack damage and it knocks up opponents once per cast which can easy end a killing spree on a poorly placed champion. The other part is the 5% movement speed buff per every half second of the duration which can help you escape in a clutch situation or continue destroying a running champion.
Items
This is the main item build and is not useful for every game situation. A couple items I always use are
Malady and
Wit's End for the quick damage addition and the quick magic resist. below I will explain the rest of the build items reasons for being here and a couple items I switch in and out.

-
: this item is great for wukong and awesome against things like dodge and blinding shot. Every 4 attacks you send out 100 extra magic damage and the active gives 30 armor pen and attacks that can't be dodged for 8 seconds.
-
: This is an obvious item for any melee character because of the addition of movement speed and the needed crit. chance on him.
-
: An awesome item off the bat giving you more crit. chance more attack speed plus armor pen and cooldown reduction. The active makes you a chase down machine adding 20% movement speed and more attack speed.
-
: This is useful against AP carries in any game. It eats a negative spell which helps not get stunned and adds health armor and magic resist.
-
: A great quick item if you're taking tons of damage early game. Adding health regen and move speed is awesome because you can dart in and out of poking over and over again. Switched out for Banshee's late game usually.
-
: Another quick defensive item to keep you from getting a lot of early damage but not essential. Can also be switched out for Banshee's.
Feel free to recomend items if you find them useful but please remember this guide is NOT for a tanky/dps wukong so please don't recommend items for that kind of build.
Sword of The Divine,
Malady, and
Wit's End. Because of the passives on the items overtime if you do a large burst attack on one character you shred their MR and basically every 2 second you do the extra 100 burst damage from sword of the divine, do constant from malady and debuff and deal damage from wit's end making you an even better gorilla warfare champion.

Teamfights
This is a delicate thing to go into because the build I've created is for a lot of quick damage on one enemy and then escaping and coming back and doing the same thing over and over again so make sure your team knows who you're going to burst so they get taken down fast and you can

In a team fight you wanna come in from the side of a team fight so you can pick off someone either squishier or dodge their carries skills and eat their tank. you enter a team fight with

Then you can either A.Heal up a little and run back into the fray or B.Run up or down to a lane and backdoor a turret or distract a carry.
Either of which is a useful situation if you play it out correctly.
Summary
So in finishing I would just like to thank you first of all for reading all the way through to see the entirety of my guide. The wukong I've built here and played through many times is a glass cannon that can escape easily and counters AP well. This is not a build for everyone but if you love dashing in and out of fights and using gorilla warfare (pardon the pun) to focus down champions one at a time an not have to focus on skills then this build is totally for you. Plus is you like attacking 2.5 times a second roughly it's also a good build for you.
Guide by Mickey Oneal. Help from Jostron, About 20 bears and Sloughleman for helping me with the build and helping me play through tons of matches as him.
