Wukong Passive Ability
Take 9
Greater Mark of Attack Damage runes for extra early game damage. Take
Greater Seal of Armor so you don't get raped by the enemy champion. Next you want
Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist. These are more viable than ever because of the remove of Force of Nature and the resistances nerf on almost all MR items. Although consider taking
Greater Glyph of Magic Resist if your going against a hard AP champion like
Vladimir
Rumble or
Elise.

Now lets talk about the items to build on wukong. First of all, don't build wukong ap, please. Now, lets get to it! The first item you want are
Mercury's Treads you should replace these with
Ninja Tabi if your going against a heavy ad champion like
Riven
Zed and
Darius. The second item you want is of course,
Trinity Force! This item is so great on wukong, it gives you AD, attack speed, crit chance, movement speed, and also a
Sheen proct everytime you use an ability, this goes really well with your Q spell
Crushing Blow. Next your want a
Randuin's Omen for the health and armor, next a
Banshee's Veil for magic resist and health. After this you want some damage so your going to get a
Black Cleaver it gives you health AD, and that % armor penetration. It goes really well with your combo,
Nimbus Strike into a
Crushing Blow and finally the terrorizing
Cyclone heavily reducing their armor. The final item I recommend you get if
Atma's Impaler this item gives you some crit chance for more damage, and pays off for all that health you got, along with some armor, which is always nice.
Now, there are alot of arguments on whether to build
Bloodthirster or not, and my opinion on this is NO. Wukong doesn't need
Bloodthirster it can be built but keep in mind your losing out on tankiness on something that isn't necessary.

Now, there are alot of arguments on whether to build

For a lane that your winning, max
Nimbus Strike first then
Crushing Blow ALWAYS maxing
Warrior Trickster last, this goes for ALL lane situations. If your losing or against a champion where getting in their face is a bad idea, for example
Garen
Olaf
Renekton max
Crushing Blow first, this gives you the ability to poke them or pick up minions easier.

Stone skin, wukong's passive, is what makes him naturally tanky, giving him up to 40 armor and magic resist!

Crushing Blow, is wukong's Q spell. It is a auto attack reset ability and lowers the enemy's armor by 30% and deals 30 / 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 + 1.1 per attack damage

Wukongs W spell,

This is wukong E spell, this is his gapcloser as well as AoE farming ability. It also gives you a attack speed buff for 4 seconds after the spell is cast. Physical Damage: 60 / 105 / 150 / 195 / 240 (+ 80% Bonus AD)
Attack Speed Bonus: 30% / 35% / 40% / 45% / 50%

Wukong's final spell R his ultimate

Total Physical Damage: 80 / 440 / 800 (+ 480% AD)
Stealth on a BRUISER? Yes! Wukong is the only champion thats considered a bruiser (aside from
Rengar no one really builds him tanky) that has a stealth ability
Warrior Trickster which makes him very unique.
