Introduction
I take offensive masteries because this build makes Xin rather tanky. The offensive masteries make up for damage lost through buying health in-game. Again, change things around if you want. This guide is not cement. Actually I suggest tweaking it game-by-game because each game is different.
I take Mercury's Treads because Xin's other items give him a decent amount of Defense. Having tenacity also helps one escape sticky situations. Take Tabi if the enemy team has a lot of AD.
Frozen Mallet is just fabulous. Health, AD, and an awesome slow. Take it always, it is key to Xin's swag.
Blade of the Ruined King is perfect for Xin and this build as well. The passive 5% Health dealt on hit is perfect for this build because it makes up for AD lost through buying health items.
Locket of the Iron Solari is cool. Health CDR and a bit of Health Regen. It will help a ton in late teamfights, and can be used to save yourself if needed.
Sunfire Cape is excellent on Xin. It gives him even more defense and health. It's passive helps a ton in teamfights. This can be replaced with Randuin's Omen if their carry is fed.
Atma's Impaler fits this build perfectly because it converts health into AD. This is the perfect item for this build, and it will make Xin into a tank bruiser assassin AD carry support teamfight winner.
An important part of every game is teamfighting. A really awesome thing about Xin is his teamfight potential. I always initiate with that gap closing shenanigan on their AD CARRY and instantly ult. This will scatter their team, but leave their carry open and confuse them to all ends. Then continue to beat up their carry while their team tries to figure out what's going on. Don't forget to use Locket of the Iron Solari to make sure no one gets too hurt. Then boom, teamfight won.
