his level1 and level2 play is just better. Don't look forward to trading him unless you're after level 2 and your support actually does something to put draven in a bad spot. You can outdo him by yourself later with your itemspikes.
Jhin
he has draven vibes. Again, don't look forward to trading early with him unless your support actually does something.
Nautilus
The king of cc. A long and wide ranged hook does not put a smile on cassiopeia's face. Once cass has miasma she can handle naut better, but before miasma he's going to be oppressive.
Leona
The queen of cc. Again, once cass has miasma she can handle leona better.
Veigar
he's just stupider and better. Dodge his skills (or the game) and he won't be as much of a problem. Banshee's will be really helpful against him.
Karthus
He's you.
Caitlyn
the recent buffs on her (currently on patch 10.16) really put cait in a better spot. Another early oppressive champ, you can handle her better once you have W + items.
Ezreal
Very annoying to play against. Once you land a Q or W on him feel free to obliterate him. Rylais and liandry's will be really helpful against him.
Blitzcrank
You get the message. Hook champs highly oppressive. Unlike leona and naut, he can hook regardless of miasma because his doesn't involve movement.
Thresh
Considerably more predictable than other hook champs. Can still hook regardless of miasma, but can't dash to you.
Pyke
Again, more predictable than other hooks. If he initiates with a hook and instead of his dash, you can W on him so that he cannot use his stun or even ult. Feeding him will be 2x worse though.
Lux
Personally consider she has disjointed cc. Dodge her skills and she becomes vulnerable. Much easier to dodge with if you Q her or the botlaner.
Xerath
High poke, this champ can be considered equivalent to lux.
Nami
Squishy and easy to kill. If she decides to W poke, you can scare her off with a Q and a few E's. If your support knows what to do, she becomes a sushi.
Miss Fortune
No hard cc, just heavy damage while she's alive. Your ult > Her ult. She makes an easy kill earlygame and the majority of the time she will be facing you.
Neeko
BOT: Dodging her skills and ult shouldn't be a challenge if you land a Q on her. Watch out if she has protobelt and if you have no vision later in the game.
SUPPORT: Usually she will bring glacial. Her root can pass through minions and also gain extra cc time doing so, so try to keep your distance from the wave and from her GLP. If there's anyone near, have them also peel for the twin shadows.
Janna
Squishy, considerably has inconsistent CC unless she gets really close to you or if she can predict movements. She will be more intimidating with a yasuo around. Overall easy to kill and not as impactful or played compared to other supports.
Brand
Annoying in every phase play. He won't be as problematic if you can stay away from other units when he ults and dodging with faster ms from you landing a q.
Bard
He can create easy setup. Keep a distance from other ally units or terrain so that he can't stun you.
Braum
Not oftenly played and played well, but a good braum will make use of their cc and peel. Most he can do is stop you from killing someone.
Aphelios
Squishy, recently nerfed, and can 1v9 with enough lifesteal and no grievous.
Kalista
Not oftenly played, but a good kalista can easily wreak havoc. Misuse of your W on her and she will still dance around until she explodes you. She won't have an ult if her support is not around.
Kai'Sa
Like you, she scales better lategame. You are bulkier than her though so a good Q can usually lead to a dead kaisa.
Jinx
Just a little annoying, and will continue to be so if she's fed. Otherwise she's an easy kill.
Karma
Easy CC she can land, but you can technically outrun it. Poke hurts, but you can outdamage her once you land a Q and commit.
Morgana
Long cc, both in range and durations. Spellshield will not be as hard to take down since you deal magic damage, but still forces you to damage before CCing.
Ashe
Basically the AD version of Rylais Cass. Unlike your build, hers is squishier and her ult cannot stun more than one person.
Samira
remember she can block W , E , and R with her windwalls so it's either bait that out or use them first, you may also need to build grievous against her
Seraphine
sona but better
Sona
very squishy, immobile, and team reliant, can get cocky with a Q poke which is the perfect time for you to destroy her
Zilean
He goes excellently with mages in the botlane. Easy CC and deals surprising damage with his bombs. He can simultaneously suppress the enemy while also boosting you.
Yuumi
when you are alive, she's alive. When you can deal dmg, she can deal dmg. When you cc, she can cc. Exact same can happen reverse. She just helps everyone 2v8.
Nautilus
The king of cc. He can make your earlygame a lot more enjoyable, providing great setup and has a PNC CC ult.
Leona
The queen of cc. Makes your earlygame more enjoyable, can peel like a god as well.
Brand
High damage output and is very annoying. If you can't carry, he can.
Lux
Another carry support, she is very annoying to play against. Capable of stealing objectives and also shielding the team, she's the poster girl of league for a reason.
Teemo
His poisons counts toward your empowered E damage, basically getting rid of your concern of landing a Q to commit to a trade. His blind also helps negate a lot of damage specifically from ADCs. You gain a huge level 2 spike with him, since he makes CSing easier as well as saving you extra mana for more E's when trading. He lacks peel though so if he's caught out expect him to die.
Singed
Like teemo, his poison works into your E. He also has a ground, which can really help you dive in on the enemy! He's going to have to walk up a lot though, but it should be alright since that would just usually lead to him building tanky.
