Hello I'm Darkrocmon on the NA server I reached silver elo last season (yes not much but I only played half of the season). This is a guide on Thresh. I believe Thresh to be ample at many aspects He can solo top decently (needs to play passive) support as he was meant to, or ADC.
This guide will focus on the latter.

Early game Thresh needs to play a bit passive if you don't go into the defensive tree due to his low base (and non scaling) armor. Thresh is especially susceptible to Draven due to his Spinning Axe also Caitlyn due to her insane range... He will also have problems with champs such as Ezreal Corki or Graves due to their innate escapes being able to dodge his CC.

Thresh Shines mid game. By the time you have Bloodthirster you will hit hard because of you having it stacked as well as your passive. We grab Zeal into Phantom Dancer for some attack speed and finish it off with Berserker's Greaves for a little bit more.

Thresh late game can kite like no other except maybe Ashe and Vayne you grab a Frozen Mallet for some needed HP and a nice slow. You also grab Infinity Edge for some crit and AD. If your going the utilty Thresh build then you drop the Infinity Edge and Frozen Mallet generally for a Runic Bulwark and a Warmog's Armor

Leona The amount of CC that will come from this lane will let you guys wreck it then roam.

Alistar His WQ combo allows you to land easy Q's

Soraka Meh not to great nothing to really back you up when you engage heal is nice though.

Nidalee Not really that great she generally serves the purpose of acting as a second AP carry.

Lux Her snare and slow can help set up for Ganks and your Q's.

Morgana ^ nearly the same

Blitzcrank Double hook? One of the best lane setups.

Lulu Can do amazing you guys just poke them low then you go in with Q and she ults you.

Taric Stun + Q = dead enemy if they have no escape.

Thresh ...wait a minute...

Draven Play passive...no you know what...just don't play against him.

Caitlyn Her range is annoying but if you can Q her and she doesn't have E or Flash you have her.

Twitch Have your Support ward with pinks.

Ashe Beat her early before she can kite you in lane.

Ezreal His E is annoying besides that shouldn't be a problem after the nerfed his W.

Graves Nearly the same as Ezreal his passive wont hurt you much because your passive on your Q gives you magic damage.

Kog'Maw Squishy so just go in and blow him up...literally.

Quinn I haven't played this match up so I don't know just yet.

Sivir Her Spell shield is annoying besides that play smart.

Varus His ulty is annoying but you can Q him when he ults you so he cant run.

Taric Annoying and a difficult lane...don't tower dive when he has stun up.

Alistar ^almost the same

Blitzcrank Dodge hooks your good.

Janna Dodge her tornados and focus purely on the ADC.

Leona Your E works against her Zenith Blade

Lulu Dodge her poke and don't let the AD or her get close enough to knock you up with her ult.
