I'm using this build to climb. Right now i'm platinum 1, close to get Diamond again.

Knight's vow was not my idea, i usually see a korean player and i saw him using it. He is the N°1 Zac in his country. Use that item in your ADC if you are gonna fight at his side, also you can use it in the middle of the fight if he dies or you want to change of target.

RESOLVE
-Aftershock because of the gank style of zac, he can CC the enemy with his E, Q and R.
-Bone plating because you are trying to get the damage at ganking, so the laner can keep on pushing (Also, you wont be ganking full life all the time, you need to resist).
-Conditioning might be the best option here, if not then second wind.
-Revitalize because of the healing (passive), but ig the CC and slows are too much then go Unfliching.

PRECISION
- Triumph is the best rune ever, even nerfed. I cant say how much times this have saved me and it made me won team fights, is a must.
- Coup de grace is a good option to make damage, but again, if the CC is too hard in the other team, go Legend: Tenacity

You will find the need to rush stalkers blade, and then your warmogs armor, because at lvl 11 you will be able to use the passive of the last one. ¿You got feed before lvl 11? nice, now you can the passive even beofre lvl 11 and you can gank more (if you survive)

Do not forget to shift + click your warmogs armor so your team mates know you have to gain life.

Knight's vow is a good item if you are going to gank a lot one lane and feed him, also you can change the target every 90 seconds, so try to use it in the target you want when you can and change it when you are in a team fight if needed. USe it in your adc, brusier or assassin, but it should be important that you target someone that you can have at your side, because if you go out of range it loses the most important thing, its passive. PEEL YOUR TARGET IF POSSIBLE!

Gargoyle Stoneplate is a good item, remember you dont do much damage after you have landed, you do a big splash and then your damage is kind of useless, but you can CC more if you survive, and with this item you will. the clock will help you too, when you try to go to the ones behind and you find yourself alone, you can die but also you can use the clock to wait a bit longer, so your team can kill the tank with no problem (dont do it always, this is not a good option, do not forget our mission here is to get in there, fight, go out with low health and let warmogs do its job to enter again.)

Start with W, then Q and finally E.

Max your E to increase the range of your ganks, then your Q.

"¿Why the Q before W? i saw very guides where you have to max your W second to do more damage!"

Simple, you dont need to do more damage, you have to peel and stop the enemies from killing your carrys, you have to make the carrys of the enemy team to be useless and of course, you have to live. 5 of your W wont do more damage than 3 hits of your ADC if you keep him alive with 2 of your Q well landed.
