Why the hate on Shurelya's

Why get it on an AP mid and build away from core caster builds when you are able to get it on a support or jungler who's item build includes Philo already? It's the same reason as to why AD carries don't build Shurelya's. Anyways you get it on support for sure (it's core) and utility junglers who's build already include philo (eg: utility skarner focused on initiations and peeling rather than damage, maokai focused on CC and peeling)[/quote]
