most of what you said is true. i made a Singed guide and 3 people who made the account on the day they commented and had no guides themselves downvoted and complained how i put tear of goddess on it despite the fact that i wrote that it's a S3 guide and that tear of goddess will have a different effect,then another said getting health rather than health and mana is way better.
also another downvoted my mordekaiser guide when i didn't have comment to vote on,and he was the only person to downvote everybody else said the guide was really good for first time
