so ive played 4 games so far on a 1200 smurf and the results have been:
23/2 jax
16/2 jax
12/3 AD kennen (i randomed)
8/4 2nd time anivia
im having no problems whatsoever carrying this elo

Climbing that elo isn't the same as playing a regular game.
What you have to do is
1) Always stomp your lane. If you lose your lane once then dont get your hopes up to win. Even balancing out with your enemy doesn't do anything.
2) Make plays / good calls. Call your team to complete objectives and initiate good teamfights.
3) Carry your other lanes. If a lane is doing poor and you're doing good might as well go help them unless you want to lose. It's not hard. Lane ganks from top to bot are possible.
4) Abuse the advantages... If you get ahead, abuse it and snowball to victory. Don't let the enemy team be able to farm up when you have a big advantage.
5) Objectives are very important...

Just remmember few things:
1-don't blame your team cause it won't make them play better but it will make them play worse
2-Ward!!!! i can't tell how important the wards are
they will help you counter-gank, counter-jungle and baron-dragon steal
3-Balance your team so it looks like this :
ad carry-ap carry-bruiser-support or tank-anything :)

Well I guess I'll just continue to play overpowered champs until I get into 1400 ELO. I'll let you guys know how I do.

Max out your masteries pages, get more rune pages too.

ok, so recently i took a 1300 smurf and brought it up to 1500 in about 3 days. this is what ive played:
2 randoms (ad kennen, mid soraka)
kill lane bot with another smurf duo (j4 pantheon mostly)
2nd time anivia
ap tristana mid
3 tryhard games as jax, 1 tryhard game as vlad
jungle ezreal
i did not lose a single game in this period, though i will admit i duo queued most of the time with a couple high elo players (xai and nomadz, but when we werent kill laning they usually supported, including support veigar).. pretty much you can play anything and stomp this elo. elo hell does not exist. stop whining about it.

LOL when he says destroying your lane he doesn't mean the tower, he means totally owning the guy you are against...lmao
But that helps... Keeps the lane almost always pushed in your favour, which snowballs into free lane over time. Also means they have further to run away until they reach the relative safety of a tower...
But if you rush the tower, please ward properly. Don't get ganked because of it.
One of these days I'll take my own advice lol
