IDK, but my CS are very low, even if I am the ADR. I got 80-100 CS when 20 minutes have passed.
There may have 3 reasons why:
1. My last hitting is really awful (Bronze V-esque)
2. I may played the support role for so long (at least 55% of my games I remembered I got the support role before I got into level 30)
3. I'm roaming too much
