Singed is so OP. I just went into a 3v3 game with a AP Soraka, and an afk GP. Well late game GP came back, and Soraka left. So there I was 28minutes in with no real help. my cs was at 101, so I had a substantial amount of gear. Well basically I walked in the middle of their team (Pantheon, Taric, and AP Shen... I know), and they start dieing one by one. Afterwards I took both inhibs, and aced them again with GP. At this point Pantheon was raging at his team, while i took out the nexus. SINGED FTW... btw it was my first time singed so yea... I'm going to buy him after free week is over.

This is quite usual in normals and lower ELO. They will chase the low hp singed who has ulti activated with poison trail coming behind him! They run, and chase, and too late realise it's too late. :P

^ This is true, but the players with this experience simply have no idea as to the real viability of champions at higher levels of play, or how you'd need to build them, because their opponents aren't good enough to challenge them and force them into competitive builds and such.

Yes, you're right. It's not a big difference. Masteries aren't suppose to cause too huge of an impact, they're just to differentiate strategies and players to add more variation and flavour to the game.
