Well-- even with a team of ADs, AD casters don't all profit from AS that much.
If you're really going for a lvl 1 encounter WW isnt that great of a choice, the only thing you can do is skill Q and get some magic penetration, I guess.
Problem I see with the current WW flavor (going all tanky and outlasting every enemy) is that you're way to slow dishing out some serious dmg if you face a fast-pace skirmish war on a small map against an AD bruiser flavored mod.
Faced some WWs on TT with champs like Olaf etc., they couldn't do much since they had no time to buckle up.

75 damage + 8% percent of their health + I get 80% of that damage back as health. Q is powerful for level 1 fights.
I'd say for level one fights, Q if you're bursting a facechecker, W if you're engaging with two team members that benefit from the AS. If you're jungling without any lvl 1 action, I expect W would be better.
You shouldn't take a skill at level one until you're sure which one you'll need, so you should be able to make the decision situationally.

Thanks to Nyoike for the sig!
2 things:
1.I feel their level 1 was much stronger.
2.Invasions aren't necessary early in new TT because the alters aren't available immediately.
With those 2 facts in mind deciding to invade/fight early was a horrible idea.
I would skill normally in the jungle so W first then Q etc.

Now I play Warwick on Twisted Treeline.
I tried starting W there too, but after ONLY ONE GAME (you'll see the team comps to the left and right, our team was slaughtered level 1 versus their team BECAUSE I only had W), I found that if you don't invade (not a bright idea as a stun/snareless Warwick), the enemy team does. If you start with W, you don't win the level 1 3v3 fight, especially if the enemy team has a better level 1 (not hard when you have WW on your team).
Why don't you win level 1 fights 3v3? 9/10 your team will have some sort of caster that does not benefit from WW's W/will not try - casters always believe they can only do damage via their spells, which is fine, I don't expect them to be in the front line, trying to AA the enemies to death with their low AD damage.
So I'm asking you: What ability do you think Warwick should get first in Twisted Treeline, and why?
