Hextech Revolver is ridiculously expensive for a support. Don't forget the total cost still went up a bit.I don't expect to see WotA on supports anytime soon. I think the Kage's change might make it a bit more appealing on some AP mids though. I still think it's in a bad spot.

Eve r now does current health not max
q nerf was reverted but really her ult was one most important things it will be alot worse.
Kat got base ms nerf and w now gives alot less movement speed.
