Who are the "worst" characters? I...

If he wins the lane he wins the game by pushing towers. Have fun pushing him out, too, he starts with like 20 passive HP5. The main mistake people do with Heim is going pure AP, though. He should be built similar to cho but wth a little more AP. He's got really good bases. Hey, don't question me, I'm not the guy who picked him, but he was picked. And banned.[/quote]
