Nearly every champion can fit on a team somewhere and do well even in high elo play. Eve is the that is the worst champion, unfortunately. She'll be getting her stun back at some point though. Just ask Dyrus. Shen is getting buffed next patch and after that he'll probably be a top tier jungler. His Shield gives him armor, his passive hp percentage > damage went up, his taunt returns multiple energy for every champion hit. He was still viable in top lane though just because he was an inmovable tank with ranged harass and a global ult (ask Scarra). He might even be a bit OP after this release. MF fits on AoE team comps/hard cc comps the best out of any AD Carry and so is viable just for that. She can also counter some top lanes and bot lanes well too. I would say TF is maybe the closest to Eve atm. Mind you I hear Atlanta plays an epic TF so idk.[/quote]

Miss Fortune is only outclassed by 4 people, not 5. Both of these champions are much better than half of the champions that share the same roles. Also, Evelynn isn't as terrible as you guys may think. She makes for a great permanent ward.[/quote]

I've seen people do good with her. Miss Fortune I've never thought was a great champ. She's ok, not awful, but the fact that I can walk out of her ulti before it does anything makes her stupid to me.
