TBH the reason im "stuck" in elo hell is because im to scared to play. i jsut got bronze 3 from 4, (omg so noob right?), but i dont want to play another game and go back to d4,... riot should add a grace thing or somethin
THE ELO SYSTEM IS GONE NOW = NO MORE ELO HELL
YAY
More like Division Hell or something like that.

I got myself a few bad teams and one of the things i felt that helped a lot was positive attitude.
I know that the whole "dont rage at your teammates" stuf is kinda "cliché" by now but I cant stress enough how a motivated team is much more likely to achieve victory than a demoralised one.
Another thing, if you are playing support buy the new ward item. The possibility of having "mobile free wards" will save your overextended teammates so many times you'll be unnable to count them.
Another aspect that gets kind of put aside in low elo queues is objectives. Taking a free dragon will make such a big diference. Just ward all the entry points to the dragon. If you have vision in let's say 2 players of the enemy team and they are not in a position to contest (either baron or dragon) it's realy likely that the other 3 wont even try to contest it or die trying.
The last thing I would like to suggest you is, try to be the "commander" of your team. If you are able to get your team to listen to you (because you gave a usefull piece of advice or because you calmed down a discussion bettwen to players, etc...) you are much more likely to succed.
If your team starts to "take orders" from you you'll be a much more interactive team, the solo top probably won't stay top all game alone getting ganked and killed. If people feel that being together gives them an advantage they will do it instinctively.
I hope I helped ;)

I believe you do have a grace period of 3 to 5 games (not realy sure about the number) in wich you can loose without droping from your division. But im currently at 0 league points in my league so I'm kinda experiencing the same "fear" x)

Duo queu with someone. I manaed to leave what you call ''division hell'' and I'm now out of it. People are still terrible, but I don't absolutely need to play with my duo queu partner anymore.

Thanks to Amazing Monkey for the sig. Just like his name, he's amazing

Elo still exists. It's just permanently hidden, like normal elo.

They are good tips but nohing that i dont do :/ , i normally rush my sightstone and get 1-2 pinks oneach time i go back to base and set them on baron/dragon, i counterward all the time and try to do anything possible but a lot of players are too stupid and still get caught or overextend even after you ping/ask them to go back like recently i got a strong

@Drunken: I kept having duo partners but incredibly we just need 1-2 bad players to **** up a game, my best duo mate and i had the same elos before S3 started but as i said i had some bad teams and then S3 starts and im Bronze II while he is Silver III...kinda silly but happens
Gave you a good laugh or helped? rep+ so i can know ;)

Thanks to TinyStar, Jhoi, Xiaowi, Virus, Bard and Arcana(eww)...for my signatures!
Elohell is like Irelia's stun: if your real level is equal or lower than the level you are in, you're STUNNED there forever. If your actual level is higher than the level you are in, you're just SLOWED in your way up.
