Why are you stuck in "Elo Hell"?

Maybe my teammates weren't that bad :/ Maybe if u try to make your adc roam with you to mid lane an put pressure on mid tower maybe then the enemy team has to focus on defending mid and bot tower and then you top doesnt feeds as much... Oh maybe if you try to duo queue with someone that has a fairly higher Elo than you, you might get more decent teammates.[/quote]
