yes cau, or else it would be broken...lol

I'm surprised you didn't know that O_O

but yea, it is multiplicative, and, just in case you didn't know, flat is applied before %, meaning if you had 30 flat and void staff, the void would reduce 4 on someone with 40 MR.

l0l

but really kids, don't get CDR boots, his CDs are so low without CDR boots (were talkin, without blue, 5, 4, 8, and 60 here; and, you should always have blue...and blue pots when you can)

get spell pen boots for more early dmg

so many ppl with CDR boots zzzzz

they have hardly any effect on your spells since they are so low CD already.

and with 9-0-21 masteries and blue you hit like...34 anyways...lol

(I'm assuming masteries do NOT stack multiplicatively with blue, right?)

Thanks to TRUeLM, Plastictree, Scrax, Xiaowiriamu, foggy12, JahGFX, jhoijhoi, msrobinson, JEFFY40HANDS, Nyoike, MissMaw, and me :) for the sigs!

Masteries and all that are 9%+24% from blue, and 10% from pot is 43%.

It's additive.

Only things that are multiplicitive are % Magic/armor pen, and dodge.

CDR boots are bad because you can buy merc treads, not because CDR is bad on Xerath.

Diminishing returns =/= multiplicitive.

Movespeed works off of your base movement speed, and then is put through a few more calculations in order to soft clamp it's values.

If you have 330 move speed, and buy a zeal, you will have 363 move speed.

If you buy a second zeal, that is 396 speed, not 399.

Um Tem?

I know it is additive?

I wasn't including blue pot?

"CDR boots are bad because you can buy merc treads, not because CDR is bad on Xerath."

no smart one, they are bad because you basically hit the cap already without them, so they are virtually pointless, and they are bad since you don't need them on Xerath anyway!

Honestly merc's are always situational, not core...more often than not you want your sorcs...

CDR boots, as I mentioned, are only good for people not taking blue (non mana casters, supports)

Too bad, Xerath is a lightning turret, not a fire one. :D

And laser turrets are cool too. Though his Q (when increased in range) could be a little brighter~
