Ooh, lemme try!
To beat Anivia & Taric, use a combination of:
One of these supports-
Soraka w/ Clarity (keep the carry spamming farm and CC) & Fortify (counter the tower-diving hard)
Level 1: Infuse (Silence Anivia when Taric uses Dazzle or Anivia uses Flash Frost or Glacial Storm to prevent Frostbite)
Level 2: Astral Blessing (Heal the carry or yourself when hurt)
Level 3: Infuse (Also keep the mana up on the carry/yourself)
Level 4: Astral Blessing (More heals)
Level 5: Infuse (MORE MANA/SILENCE) or Starcall (Works well if the carry is AP, negative 90 MR anyone?)
Level 6: Wish (MORE HEALS NEVER DIE AGAIN)
& One of these carrys-
Veigar w/ Teleport (classic recall & teleport for items/hp/mp) & Flash (to stay alive)
Level 1: Baleful Strike (start up the last hitting)
Level 2: Event Horizon (Stun Anivia when Taric uses Dazzle or Anivia uses Flash Frost or Glacial Storm to prevent Frostbite)
Level 3: Baleful Strike
Level 4: Dark Matter (derp)
Level 5: Baleful Strike
Level 6: Primordial Burst (This will completely destroy Anivia, and maybe Taric if he went AP, which he should, because Tank-Aura Supports are stupid...time to win back the lane!)
Vayne w/ Teleport (classic recall & teleport for items/hp/mp) & Flash (to stay alive)
Level 1: Condemn or Tumble (up to you, Condemn to keep Anivia at bay or Tumble for the mini-psuedo-flash)
Level 2: Tumble or Condemn (whichever you didn't get first)
Level 3: Tumble
Level 4: Silver Bolts (ready to melt them?)
Level 5: Tumble
Level 6: Final Hour ("DING!" Time to deadify the lane opponents)
Cho'Gath w/ Ghost (to stay alive) & Flash (to also stay alive)
Level 1: Rupture or Feral Scream (up to you, less reliable hard-CC or more reliable soft-CC)
Level 2: Feral Scream or Rupture (whichever you didn't get first)
Level 3: Rupture or Feral Scream (whatever you like more)
Level 4: Vorpal Spikes (gotta get it at some point)
Level 5: Rupture or Feral Scream (w/e)
Level 6: Feast (OM NOM NOM EAT LANE)

Ya, against sustain like that you need better sustain and more CC. Damage helps too. Btw have you seen Taric + Garen combo? That combo is crazy.
Oh I know. I played the Garen of that combo in a ranked match once...free ELO.
(Btw, added Cho'Gath. I would add Sion but I don't play Sion. Any advice from someone who does?)
if you want serious advice:
gank
focus anivia to cooldown rebirth, so she can't flash egg on death
abuse the fact taric's heal is terrible early game
force them towards tower so you have safer harass, it's ****ing easy to side step flash frost at tower
make taric have to move in to dazzle you so when he's casting you can land free hits
etc

Jet has been banned for trolling and blatant racism.
Hope Anivia has to swap with mid and pray Taric goes roaming.

I agree with Ignite. I also like to do things like use items they can't get around, like "Deals damage equal to their max ______" or you could try stuns and CC. If they are tanking a turret - fine - but they can only stay their so long if they are getting hit by the turret.
If you find their stuns are getting you down, get the boots of tenacity. Also - the biggest thing that people don't do - is a) stay in a group when they were turreting (as in - DROP everything and go there to stop them). B) If you can afford to lose a tower just Tank theirs and get rid of it.
In the long run, if you do that - one of two things will happen. You both lose a turret, so they gained nothing. Or you created yourself an opening to keep offence going. If Taric isn't supported, you can knock him out pretty quickly. If he is carrying - you should be able to walk over their team as a group. Taric is cocky when he thinks he is winning - let him. It can bite him in the butt.

Sorry but to putt it bluntly you're wrong. I'd honestly come ip with a counter argument but I'm in China about to go on a flight to another part of China ^^; I will eventually come up with a better response but here's what I can say for now: if you get stunned, you're going to stay CCd. Ashe with mercs getting stunned by Taric and Anivia is going to be just as dead as an Ashe with berserkers greaves getting stunned by Taric and Anivia.
