But yea, in my eyes religion, race and sexuality are three facets of the human experience which we try to stuff into a category but they are all vastly more complex than could ever be defined because they get at the core of how we define ourselves.

I think people need to realize that religion was made in a period of time when no one really knew what was going on
Religions should be trying to stay scientifically correct but its for some reason really difficult for people to realize that people have mademny advancements scientifically and technologically
But sadly the bible does't let people do this by fooling them into thinking that the advancments only give lies.
Now im not saying this about everyone, i understand that there are religious people who believe in science, but there are still people who are just a plain nuisuance for the world, people who still think what thw bible sais to be true.
Its like people have forgotten that the catholic church actually admitted that the earth revlves around the sun and not the other way around.

As an European, about 70% is atheist (estimated amount).
We as Europeans don't care what you believe in (with some exceptions), as long you act like a normal human being.
I have no idea what the situation is in the United States of America, though I am aware that the vast mayority there is Christian.
So what I ask of you:
Whatever the situation may be, that all your friends are so happy with god and jesus that they boast it all towards you or whatever.
Just discuss it with them, do not be afraid to be judged. If you discuss with them, you might see a reason why they believe, or you don't and you keep your mouth shut and accept it the way it is.
You shouldn't rant against random people that all Christians are idiot demon spawns or whatever.
You will only destroy their feeling, your image and your own feelings.
Just because there is too much fear to be honost to those where those feelings really belong to.
Now get out there! Show your opinion in the real world!
They will still love you don't worry <3
After that, you will never have to worry about Christians again.
