If you see the enemies stacking HP, get a madred if you're a physical dps and if you're a magical dps, get a DFG. Some tank are really powerful with madred, like Volibear and Chogath, while some supports are awesome with DFG, like Karma and Taric

Kog'Maw ( Bio-Arcane Barrage) Vayne ( Silver Bolts) Malzahar ( Null Zone) Veigar ( Deathfire Grasp is core and he can stack it really high with a lot of AP) Amumu ( Despair) Garen ( Demacian Justice does a ton of damage when they hit around 50% health) Brand ( Blaze is kinda nice) Warwick (excellent candidate for Madred's Bloodrazor, and Infinite Duress applies 5 procs)
